Cooffice is designed for people for whom Open Space is organic and natural. Anyone who can work for us is welcome to do so. Each team has its own private office, or places in the common offices where you can spend most of the day. Our residents work in different business segments, so the people who fill our space are different, but united by the value of minimalism and reasonable consumption.

If you have paid a flat rate for a week or a month, you do not need to pay extra for your guests’ visits.

Just an office is a room with an empty space where absolutely everything is organized by the company renting the space. There are no outside people or other organizations in the office.
